My friend turned to me and said, "So... do you watch Smallville?" I was like, "Hell ya!"

I figured it was a pretty normal question, so I went back to anticipating for the show...

Eurotrip comes in #5 in the box office this weekend making $6,600,000. Which is pretty damn good for a R rated movie that's pretty much limited to a lot of the movie goers who weren't able to go see it giving themselves up to those other PG/PG-13 movies such as 50 First Dates Miracle, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and Welcome to Mooseport.

I can't pinpoint the moment when I realized what a pleasant surprise "Eurotrip" would be.

Maybe it was when the character played by Kristin Kreuk ("Smallville") mercilessly dump-ed her boyfriend at his graduation.

Fionna: "I just can't handle all the lying and the cheating on each other."

Scotty: "I've never cheated on you!"

Fionna: "I know. That's what makes this so hard."

The dialogue is funny; hearing it uttered by "Smallville's" perennial sweetheart, Lana Lang, makes it even funnier.

Eurotrip movie premiere tonight at the Mann's Village & Bruin Theatres in Westwood, California at 6:30 PM.

Update (3.18.04): So it seems Kristin did not attend the Eurotrip premiere last night. Talk about disappointment...even the lead actor of the movie didn't appear!

Oh well, my best guess is, she's busy filming Smallville and didn't have a break to wonder off to L.A. for the premiere or the so call KTLA5 interview.

Filworks Animation has emailed us regarding a project they've been working on, a 3D model of Kristin Kreuk. They ensure us that the project isn't done yet, but you can see what they have so far here!

Kristin Kreuk will be appearing on KTLA5 WB's morning news show, next week promoting EuroTrip and most likely Smallville.
