One of the crew members of 17th Precinct, Craig Anderl tweeted the following:

VERY exciting! Hopefully those who were worried Kristin would get replaced (La Hatched), can rest assure. Now on to worrying about whether or not the big wigs of NBC will pick up the series...
I've been holding off on posting these in hopes of nicer photos to surface... but none have. Seems like the paparazzi that were there were not expecting Kristin to appear, so she was able to slip by unnoticed. Now lets play "Where's Kristin?", see if you can spot Kristin in these photos:
The news of Kristin's attendance at the Smallville wrap party in Vancouver was first broke by paparazzi via Twitter who were at the scene and spotted her arrive with Erica Durance. Kristin has confirmed their reports via her facebook saying the following:
quote:"Just got back from Smallville's final wrap party ever. Had a lovely time with my gals. Good to see some people I haven't seen in a long time!
...I had dinner with Erica, Justin and the hair/makeup team. The party was at the Vancouver Club, and it was fun. It wasn't a fancy party, no press, no speeches, like a normal wrap party... Just people hanging out. Did a bit of dancing...
...Allison had to fly home Saturday, so she couldn't make it. I was not wearing a dress... Super casual actually. There a some pics, don't know when they will release them. Have a great Sunday!"

A bunch of spoilers from Kristin's new NBC pilot 17th Precinct! If you don't care to be spoiled, I suggest you don't continue reading:
SPOILERS BELOW
- Susan (KK’s character) is Caolan’s wife. She’s described as in her 30s w/2 children Doreen (7) and Boyle (11). - Caolan and Jeff are detective partners. Caolan is mid-30s blonde, short-hair, slender built, and the serious type. Jeff is the same age, longer brown hair, slender, but the type who avoids the gym. Both guys seem to have powers of some sort – this is evident while they are investigating a crime scene together. Jeff can move/elevate splattered blood w/the flick of his fingers. Caolan can “grab” images from the crime scene and transplant them on paper like drawings/photos without a camera. - Both guys seem to have a close relationship w/Susan. I’m getting the sense that even though Caolan and Susan are married w/kids…there is definitely something going on between Jeff and Susan too. However, I don’t know if its romantic or they are just possibly hiding a deep secret together. - Caolan and Jeff are driving in their car on duty and Susan is brought up twice by Jeff. Caolan is studying for a test trying to get a promotion and Jeff says “Why the sudden interest in promotion? Susan develop a thing for men wearing stripes?” Jeff then brings up Susan’s antique shop and says its seems like business was booming when he visited her – he covers by saying he was there last week “happened to be in the area”. - The Equinox seems to be a big event. The town wants to make it an official holiday. Something big happened in the past and they call it a day of mourning. The town seems to believe in prophesies and are curious about what is cast for the Equinox. - Caolan invites Jeff over to his apartment for dinner for the Equinox. Jeff quips “Is Susan cooking?” b/c if she is then that would be a “no”. Susan can’t cook and they joke around w/Caolan saying she’s getting better. Jeff seems to be avoiding coming over b/c he hasn’t been to their house in weeks but Caolan convinces him to come. Caolan says to show up on time b/c Susan hates when he’s late. - Jeff comes over with gifts to Caolan’s apartment while he is reading his children a book. Jeff and Susan converse and apologizes for being late. It seems last year Jeff gave Caolan and Susan a “love potion straight from my mother’s cauldron…” but Susan ruined it because she put vodka in it and quips it was a “Love Cola”. - While Susan, Caolan, and Jeff are together – Susan asks if Jeff is coming to dinner. Jeff replies “If you’re cooking, I wouldn’t miss it.” When Caolan exits, Susan and Jeff are left alone and this is what is quoted “the second the door closes…the temperature b/w Jeff and Susan instantly changes…” Susan asks him why he said yes to dinner and how it will be all awkward. Jeff says that Caolan insisted. Both agree it needs to stop b/c it’s complicated. Jeff is about to leave to meet Caolan but their eyes meet again and she asks Jeff if he will be visiting her at her shop today.
Kristin was interviewed by Hollywoodlife.com at the Genie Awards where she confirms her role on NBC pilot 17th Precinct, why she won't be watching the series finale of Smallville and much more:

"I'm looking forward to it, just being in there and seeing everybody," said Kreuk. "There are a lot of people in the audience that I know, that I've worked with and like very much."

For all you Canadians don't forget to watch Kristin tonight on CBC at the 31st Annual Genie Awards. She will be presenting along side Bruce Greenwood, confirmed by Kristin herself via her facebook!
Oh my goodness, I just seriously realized this, BUT... today marks 9 years since this site came to be, almost a decade! But honestly, I can't say it feels that long... haha!
