CHLOE HELPS CLARK LEARN ABOUT HIS SUPERPOWERS AFTER HE LOSES HIS MEMORY - Kevin (guest star), a boy who can cause people to temporarily lose their memory, turns his powers on Clark (Tom Welling) and causes him to have total amnesia. Chloe discovers what has happened and must teach Clark about his superpowers while simultaneously trying to keep him from accidentally revealing them to others. On his trip down memory lane, Clark meets Lana (Kristin Kreuk), falls in love all over again and decides to share his secret with her. Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) takes advantage of the situation and convinces Clark to show him where the three stones are hidden. Jensen Ackles, John Glover, Annette O'Toole and John Schneider also star. LIFEHOUSE ROCKS THE SMALLVILLE PROM - A stunned Chloe (Allison Mack) is nominated for Prom Queen and tries to talk a reluctant Clark (Tom Welling) and Lana (Kristin Kreuk) into attending the dance with her. However, after her rival Dawn (Beatrice Rosen), a wannabe Prom queen, crashes her car into a ravine filled with kryptonite, Dawn's spirit is released and she enters the bodies of the others making them act out of character. As a result, Lana asks Clark to be her date, Lois (Erica Durance) attends the Prom and Chloe sets the school on fire. Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) gives the seniors a special gift by having the band Lifehouse play at the dance. Jensen Ackles, John Glover, Annette O'Toole and John Schneider also star. Whitney Ransick directed the episode written by Luke Schelhaas.

A glimpse of the future Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) is revealed after a kryptonite explosion splits Lex in two and his evil side - Alexander - is released. Alexander immediately imprisons Lex in the mansion and begins his rampage by trying to kill Clark (Tom Welling) and Chloe (Allison Mack) in the lab, jousting with Lionel (John Glover) and convincing him to return to the dark side and finally, threatening to close the Talon unless Lana (Kristin Kreuk) moves in with him.

On the set of Smallville with Kristin during the filming of the 20th episode of Smallville's Season 4, Ageless.

The twins were called back for their final shoot on the set of Smallville today. This shoot was the shortest but the most interesting. Owen had his first experience with dirt when the shot called for him laying naked in the middle of a pile of it. During his close up, he ended up peeing but didn't manage to hit anyone.

That wasn't the end of the waterworks. While Kristen was holding Libby for a scene, she ended up piddling on the floor as well. She didn't manage to get pee on anyone but did soak down the blanket she was wrapped in.

During one of the filming breaks on set, I got to talking to Kristen and it turns out the babies and her share a birthday - December 30th. It was a neat coincidence.

Kate Bosworth’s playing Lois in the new film – who do you think should have got the part?

Margot Kidder: I’m so out of it I don’t know who the actresses all are. I’ve never heard of Kate but I’m sure she’ll do fine. I would have loved to do a cameo but they haven’t offered me one. Kristin Kreuk, who plays Lana in [TV series] Smallville, is wonderful. She’s Canadian like me and I’m sure she would have been terrific.

Smallville's Ladies Represent In "Spell" Commentary
Here are some details on one of the commentaries for the Season 4 Smallville DVD, exclusively here from KryptonSite:

"Spell" will include commentary by director Jeannot Szwarc with a trio of Smallville's ladies. Look for (or really, listen for) Kristin Kreuk, Allison Mack, and Erica Durance to be joining him.

Kristin Kreuk is featured in the March/April issue of the Canadian teen magazine titled The Magazine. Kristin was interviewed about Smallville, the last movie she saw was Hotel Rwanda, and her role in the National Celebrity Cabinet for The American Red Cross.

Do you think there’s any hope left for Lana and Clark getting together again before the series ends?
Kristin: I have no idea. I think that yes, there is hope. At this moment, where we’re shooting, it’s getting closer to seeing them become closer again. They’ve sorta found this friendship again. We’ll see what happens towards the end of this season, which is really important, what goes on with these crystals, what’s really going on with Lana and Jason and all that stuff and I think it’s possible that they could.
